Wow, they're scary. I just love your blog. My church is going to Scotland in December, Edinborough I think. I'm following your blog, Scotland is a place I'd love to live if it wasn't so cold and wet. My Mum is from Barry, Wales.
Helen! Geez. You guys certainly know how to do Halloween in your family! We carved pumpkins and gorged ourselves on sweets. You'd be proud, though. I made snickerdoodle cookies for the first time and they didn't suck!
To all; thanks! It was done at lightning speed so I'm quite pleased it looked so effective. Anyone wants it for next year, let me know, it was dead easy...scuse the pun!
Judy, Thank you! Kelly, the headless girl won a prize.
Shelle, ah, Barry, Wales is famous these days because of a certain very popular sitcom! Edinburgh is a lovely city, you'll really enjoy it. If you get the chance to jump on the train to Glasgow, which is nearby, then I'll show you round!
Ginger, you go girl! Snickerdoodle cookies are the best. x
Feeding a Family of Five for Fifty Pounds. Could it be done? I wasn't sure. But I was willing to give it a go. My usual weekly food bill was well in excess of £100-£150, particularly with the rising cost of food, so I was doubtful. But I was also resourceful so lets see...

Great costumes! I bet they collected a lot of candy! Did anyone win awards for their makeup and choices? They should have!
Fantastic costumes! The kids look great. I hope they had a blast trick or treating and got lots of candy!
Thanks for sharing.
