Such pretty flowers! Being Dutch I love flowers very mcuh AND am cheap (a trait the Scots and Dutch have in common, I believe. Right?) Unfortunately in the US flowers are soooooo expensive. I'll just have to grow my own again.

Lovely! When we can not see green and colourful flowers outside, why not bring them inside. This inspired me to buy a some fresh cut flowers tomorrow.;)) xo Zuzana
who did those paintings? Those are phenomenal... Lots of lilies and tulips I see.. I've been handling a lot of lilies at work lately, shipping them out... those white ones look like "casablanca" Lilies... yeah I'm lame and read a lot of flower descriptions... it looks like spring has made it your way early :)
Feeding a Family of Five for Fifty Pounds. Could it be done? I wasn't sure. But I was willing to give it a go. My usual weekly food bill was well in excess of £100-£150, particularly with the rising cost of food, so I was doubtful. But I was also resourceful so lets see...
