So here's to the snow! Put on a hat, a thick pair of gloves and go out in it, enjoying it whilst you can because when that heatwave hits, you'll be praying for some of the white stuff.
Or should I just stay in...........?

I'd like to see you on Dragon's Den with those lovely sleeping dollies. You'd be a worldwide sensation. Give me a shout when your episode comes up.
Lovely pictures.;))
I am with you on the snow, we received another load the day before yesterday and my garden is buried.
I wish for spring NOW.
Still, I can not get way from the fact that the snowy landscape looks absolutely beautiful.

Such great pictures! We have had lots of snow this winter (for our area) and the last 4 days have been so lovely, everything is starting to bloom (51 F) but now we have a chance of snow again this week! Aargh! Im so ready for spring!! Enjoy your day and the snow! :)
those beautiful spring flowers belie the actual artic weather....where is the spring anyway...If it were me i'd stay in , thats always a safer option methinks! ...loving the dollies too.....and the camembert cheese and pesto with pinenuts is making me very hungry....
thanks for your lovely comments over at mine...
All your spring blooms are so pretty... makes me start itching to get out and plant all my pots on the front porch... never mind the fact that we may get some more snow tonight! :)
I love the idea of singing Jingle Bells after Valentine's Day. I also want to decorate my next Christmas tree with Halloween decor, so maybe I'm just as weird as you!
And a snow-cat! YAY!
I've become the crazy old woman here forcing my kids to listen to the lone bird song in the morning. "Just listen! Spring will be here soon." It's just not the way they want to awaken, I guess.
you know what they say...if you can't beat em join em....that's just what i've been doing...hey...it's way more fun anyways! happy ww!
mise, well, mibbe not Dragon's Den but you and Unknown Mami and the others who have been so complimentary have inspired me; I've been setting up a website for some time for my art, jewellery etc. so I'm going to make the dolls for sale too! So thank you hon, you're an inspiration and a great support. xx
Protege, I love your positivity! You're right, it is beautiful. I will embrace this flurry but if there is any more, I'm jumping on a plane to the first hot location I can find. ;O)
Kristina, that's the problem, the false sense of security; here comes spring...no wait a minute....grr. ;O) Thank you hon. x
Jaboopee, thank you so much. The pesto concoction was delicious. x
Virginia Mom, I can't wait to do that either!
Pamela, a girl after my own heart! x
Caution flag, I have a special lamp that plays birdsong for me...*LOL* The birds aren't exactly chirping yet, poor wee things.
Shelle, hi hon! You are so right. Might as well love it than hate it! x
Visiting from SITS. Looks like you are keeping it fun despite the weather! :)
Can't believe you are getting snow again. We are/were supposed to have it today... but it has turned into rain.
The cheese and pesto tart looks just wonderful. I wish I lived closer so I could come over and eat all this yummy stuff you cook!!
Enjoy you week and go build a snow fort ;0
Hang in there!!

Great pictures!! It was snowing here in Ohio today. But I still put on my flips flops and went to the tanning bed.
I hate snow but I also hate when it is boiling outside. Spring is nice.
I love you as a donkey!
Lovely post..I can not believe that you are still getting the snow. Wow. Stay cozy!
What a great blog! Damn I wish I could feed my family of five for 50 (euros) Unfortunately one of them is a 17 year old boy who does that much in a day, hehe!
Thank you so much for stopping by my blog and leaving your lovely comment:)
I am sorry I am going to miss you singing your heart out in the snow. It seems 'Go away, Snow' is on everyone's mind these days.

It's snowing here today. When will this winter end??? I love the daffodils! Makes me think of Spring and wonder when it's coming.
Sorry about the massive amount of comments on here. Blogger is acting wonky. Feel free to delete.
Hi Helen. Nice place you have here!
My beloved father-in-law who recently passed was from Scotland by Glasgow. He and his parents came through Ellis Island in 1923.
He used to say grace complete with the Scottish words. I loved it.
Very angry donkey, very lovely tulips and a very yummy looking chicken soup. No wonder the kiddos look so happy!
:-)

Just got home from Seattle and everything was in bloom and green. People were mowing their lawns! Isn't that wonderful and in Feb?! Anyway I'm with you on the sick of snow thing. I am soooo ready for Spring:)
We had a few fluffy snowflakes here in the North GA mountains this morning but oh my goodness, nothing, nothing at all like what your kids are going to school in!!! Great picture of them by the way!
And I so love the angry donkey impression. you look like you pull it off magnificently!
you make a pretty kick-ass angry donkey. it must be said.
Mmmmmmm. That soup looks ridiculously good!
You know, I've decided, I'm definitely moving in with you. Spring flowers, pots of soup, roast chicken, a lovely warm welcoming feel. Why am I still in my own home I wonder?
Whatever else is going on - you might as well have fun. Don't you think?
