Looking forward to that flourless orange cake (a timely recipe for my new crusade against flour). The dollie is a joy! I think she looks like a Mimi.

My mom makes this cake, it's sooooooooooo good! I can't wait for the Thai Chicken recipe, or one for the chocolate and cherry cake for that matter, ahem. Lasagna is one of my favourite dishes, any way you make it...and those 'pleasantly plump' scones, mmmmm. Another dolly, oh she's so sweet! Yep, she's a Mimi alright. Have a fabulous Valentine's Day, Helen. Lizzy :)

I'm so glad to see that you are keeping the good Scottish tradition of making proper fat scones - hurrah!

OK- that's it...I'm coming to Scotland and eat all my meals at your house! :) (Just please don't serve any haggis while I'm there...I may have Scottish ancestors, but ugh...sorry!) Please share the recipes for the Chocolate Cherry cake and the Flourless Orange cake when you can!

i seriously need to stop reading your blog at like 11pm because i always end up running out to my kitchen in a frenzied state of hunger and trying to whip up something delicious. and it's always a peanut butter sandwich or mac n cheese or something similarly boring and talentless. maybe we could arrange some sort of cross-Atlantic meal-shipping deal?

I shouldn't come to this blog when I'm hungry....seriously!
