But seriously, think peppery minced beef or stuffing but with oatmeal. It's very tender...no 'bits', not like you might imagine. The pepper, spicy taste dominates and mixed with the neeps (buttery mashed turnips) and tatties (buttery mashed potatoes)it is absolutely wonderful.; September 18, 2009 at 1:10 AM
